School Board

In 1996 St Peter's School Pastoral Board was formed. The Board's membership comprises the Parish Priest and Principal as Ex-Office and six representatives from the Staff and Parent body.

The Board is a policy making team for effective collaboration and shared decision making.

Through frequent in-service, the team:

  • has an awareness of shared ministry in the Church's educational mission.
  • formulates policies that are based on Gospel values and sends them to all stakeholders for comment and validation

These policies give direction to the school and promote its distinctive identity and mission. It is guided by a constitution and by-laws.

The Board meets monthly from February to November.
