On the last day of the school term we will be marking St Peter's Day with a
range of student activities. This year we have replaced the Rock Star of the
Month Award with a new award that is presented twice a year. It will be
called the Spirit of St Peter's Award and it will be presented to a student in
each class in Semester 1 and in Semester 2 who is consistently
demonstrating the St Peter's Rock values. In Semester 1 the award will be
presented at our St Peter's Day prayer assembly on the last day of the
school term and in Semester 2 it will be presented at our Thanksgiving
assembly on the second last day of the school year. Parents of children
who will receive the Spirit of St Peter's Award will be notified by telephone
by a member of the Leadership Team. Parents are warmly invited to attend
the awards ceremony.
